At Endelienta Arts I am responsible for the overall leadership of the organisation. This includes business and financial management as well as creative strategy, programming, management, fundraising, artist support & development and stakeholder & partnership development. Alongside key stakeholders in 2021 I re-wrote the Take Part Strategy, which Endelienta Arts began to implement in September 2021. This is a three tier engagement strategy designed to offer different levels of engagement within the arts for ages 4-25. Endelienta Arts now works with over 1200 young people in North Cornwall each year as well engaging over 3500 audience members annually. It offers talent development opportunities for emerging artists through the new Future Routes programme and is at the forefront of the Cornish Language music scene through the Cornish Language Residency’s. It is currently funded by Arts Council England, Youth Music, FEAST, Cornwall Council and a range of businesses and private patrons.

Endelienta Arts is based in St Endellion on the wild North Cornish coast. They are dedicated to bringing high quality arts to North Cornwall alongside providing important access to the arts for young people in the region. Endelienta Arts showcase and supports talent at all stages from across the county as well as bringing some of the finest musicians in the UK and beyond to their venues. Their work consists of three main strands, Take Part, Music, and Literature. Alongside these they run the North Cornwall Book Festival, Cornish Language residencies, community clubs, family theatre, and more.
